Learning Organizations in Higher Education and the Role of HRD Professionals
Unstable work environment is a common threat facing all Higher Education Institutes. One of the ways to combat such threat is by making the concept of continuous growth part of the higher education culture. It’s one in which members within the organization put aside their old ways of thinking, learn to be open with each other, understand how their organization really works, form a vision everyone can agree on, and work together to achieve. In other words, higher education institutes have to adopt the concept of Learning Organizations.
